Inflammation

& Chronic Symptoms

People don't usually come to me saying

"I think I have chronic inflammation."

They say:

"I'm exhausted and I don't know why"

~

"My joints ache but my bloodwork is fine"

~

"I react to everything lately"

~

"I'm doing all the right things and still feel terrible"

What's Feeding The Fire!

What Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You

Aching joints. Skin that won't clear up. Headaches that keep coming back. Feeling puffy, heavy, foggy, and exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

We've normalized these things.

Called them "just getting older" or "just stress." But here's the truth:

Common is not the same as normal.

Chronic pain, persistent fatigue, recurring skin flares, digestive upset, brain fog, mood instability — these are signals.

And in most cases, inflammation is at the root.

You Might Not Recognize It As Inflammation

These are inflammation symptoms. They just don't come with a label that says so.

Conditions commonly rooted in chronic inflammation:

  • Joint pain and arthritis

  • Eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, chronic acne

  • IBS and digestive disorders (see Digestive Health*)*

  • Migraines and chronic headaches

  • Autoimmune conditions — Hashimoto's, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, celiac

  • Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance

  • Depression and anxiety — inflammation directly affects brain chemistry

  • Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia

  • Hormonal imbalances (see Hormone Balance*)*

What Normal Actually Looks Like

Normal is waking up rested. Moving without stiffness. Digesting a meal without discomfort. A clear mind. Stable mood. Energy that lasts.

Common is not normal. And you don't have to keep accepting common.

This Is Where I Come In

I don't diagnose. What I do is look at the full picture — your symptoms, history, diet, stress load, gut health, and testing — and find what's feeding the fire in your body specifically.

Then we remove the drivers, build the foundations, and give your body what it needs to calm down.

Tools I may use to get there:

  • 🔬 Live & Dry Blood Analysis

  • 🧪 IgG Food Sensitivity Testing

  • 🧫 Gut Microbiome Assessment

  • ⚗️ HTMA — mineral and heavy metal assessment

  • 💊 Personalized supplement protocols
