You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll walk through it together.
What happens next.
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and any required forms.

Please complete your intake forms before your session so I can review your information in advance and make the most of our time together.

If your appointment is online, your meeting link will be included in your confirmation email.

How to prepare
Before your appointment, it can be helpful to:

think about your main concerns and goals

make note of any current supplements or medications

have recent lab work available, if applicable

jot down any questions you would like to discuss

If coming for a Live and Dry Blood Session, please fast for at least 3-4 hours prior to coming in.

Hydrate well with water or herbal teas. No coffee, soda or dairy products​

Bring a snack to eat while we look at your blood.

Take any prescribed medications as needed. Stop supplements a 3 days before for a more accurate picture of your blood.

No need to overprepare. Just come as you are.

What to expect
Your initial session is a comprehensive conversation where we look at your health history, current concerns, and goals.
​
From there, we will identify a clear starting point and discuss the next best steps for your unique situation. In some cases, functional testing may be recommended, but this is always based on your individual needs and discussed after your consultation.
A note before we begin
Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure where to start. That’s okay.

My role is to help you connect the dots, understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, and guide you in a practical, supportive way.
A quick reminder
Please ensure forms are completed before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
