What is your why? Why do you eat the way you do?
Is it blind, unconscious, automatic...put food in mouth and go? Or do you take a second look at what you are actually putting into your body?
All those images you see on television of happy cows munching grass on pristine pastures next to fields of picture-perfect produce ripening on the vine aren’t exactly the most accurate depiction of reality.
As a Holistic Cancer Practitioner and knowing that 75-95% of lifestyle diseases are preventable, why are we not doing everything possible to prevent disease from taking hold of our bodies and destroying them, and our lives?
Over the next month and going forward I will be discussing disease prevention from a holistic perspective and I invite you to follow along, ask questions and being to take responsibility for your health like no body else can.
