The Whole You

Or perhaps you're disappointed for the summer fun in the sun to come to an end? Which side of the road are you on? When I think about it for myself, I seem to be in the middle of the road, leaning towards loving September and the season of Fall.

It can be as simple as carrying a small notebook around in your purse, or even as quick as downloading a Food Journaling app on your phone to keep track.
