Together again with my BFF and bizbestie Dana Irvine of D'vine Wellness as we are every morning on Facebook at 9AM where we talk about all things nutrition and life. We laugh a lot and have a few serious informative moments. It all started as a way to stay connected during a time when we were told to stay isolated. Not too much stops us from sitting and chatting about our passion.
This week's theme stemmed around different fad diets. From the ever popular ketogenic and paleo diets to eating for your blood type and how to see relief from intolerances and food sensitivities. And the week was rounded out with the one diet or 'way of eating' that has been touted as 'the best diet for everyone'. You'll have to tune in to the Youtube channel to find out which one that was.
