This program doesn't make outrageous claims or promises that you will lose 20 pounds in 7 days but you will make life-long changes, and in the very least, feel amazing and look fabulous for the upcoming party season.
What you need:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
½ - 1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 organic cage free eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ avocado, sliced
What you need to do:
Add the onion, tomato and spinach to the beaten eggs in a bowl and mix.
Add the coconut oil to a skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the egg mixture and cook for approx. two minutes until the eggs begin to set. Flip omelet with spatula and cook until eggs appear fluffy in texture.
Fold the omelet in half and continue to cook until eggs are no longer runny and before they turn brown. Serve hot with a side of sliced avocado.
